Random Thoughts

So as my wife goes out to ladies movie night at the USO and the boy is already in bed, I am sitting here at the computer with not much to do. I have read my usual web logs, and I am hit with random thoughts. None of these, of course, are enough to make an entire post about, but I would like to share them anyways.

Never let a pregnant woman watch Jersey Girl. Go Kevin Smith. And who knew George Carlin could act (somewhat). Now it is a good movie with a moral, and is kind of romantic, but keep pregnant women away; especially a pregnant woman who is about to try natural childbirth for the first time.

I hate Mac’s. They are decent machines, I guess, if you like one of the most illogical operating systems I have ever used. And the worst part is that I have to use a crapintosh for work and a non-upgradeable, old arse laptop at that.

I also now see why web designers go to school. I am all self taught, and I know quite a bit compared to the general public, but I am no where near the cutting edge of this genre of art. I know a little about a lot of things, but not enough about one thing to really understand what I am doing. Jack of all trades. Master of none.
