Safer Browsing

Fire FoxFireFox 1.0 has been released today. If you have not tried it, you should. I find that is has a lot more functionality in its safe browsing that IE does, especially post SP2.

You may have a hard time downloading it from their websites, since they are probably swamped with the first full release. But you can download it through their FTP servers. You can also wait, but that decision is on you.

I got turned on to this browser by Webfroot, and I do not think that I could browse without it. I have had to reboot my computer many times when a site tried to install an unsigned ActiveX control when I was using IE, but that never happened with FireFox.
