It is the first snow of the year. Winter is definitely my favorite season, even though it is still a couple of days away.
The only unfortunate side effect is that the collective IQ of the commuters in the National Capitol Area seems to be around eighty, and less in inclement weather.
The IQ is higher – its just that it goes down temporarily when people get into there automobiles.
Are you sure “there” IQ’s are not that low?
