Freedom of Speech

I caught an article on Forbes via Slashdot that really disturbed me. You can read the full article here.

I thought that freedom of speech was for everyone, not just the press. Boy were my school Civics teachers wrong! (SARCASM)

At the very least, I would like to see this issue tackled under the guise of freedom of the press, also a protected First Amendment Right.
