A little over a year ago the boys lost their blinds. I don’t mean they misplaced them, but rather that they lost the “luxury” of having them. I never thought of blinds as a luxury, but I changed my mind after replacing them five or six times a year for several years.
Today they finally earned them back. It was a combination of them going to sleep on time and them treating their belongings with respect. Let’s hope that this time around they do much better or they may lose them for another year.
Glad to hear they are doing better. Are they glad to have the blinds back?
No. Not at all, actually.
Tony did not want them back because he is afraid of the dark. RJ, the one who asked to have the blinds back, said that he really didn’t care after I put them up.
Sigh. You can’t please all the children all the time, can you?
I can barely please once child occasionally.
