WordPress’ post preview of posts defaults to the style of the admin panel. If you would like to preview a post exactly as it will appear to your readers, try JÄÅ Preview.
NOTE: It seems as though you must save your post before you can use the preview feature. This is the same as the preview in the WordPress admin panel.
I have upgraded AFG to WordPress 1.5.1. I have given up the nightly builds for the time being, although I still read the daily discussions and digests.
I am on the eve of the my first release of a WordPress theme. I know that a lot of people can make better themes, but this is my first one that I have put out, so I think that there is some sort of accomplishment there.
The only tasks that I have left to complete are to make a couple of minor tweaks in some of the included files and to remove my customization. Then all I will have to do is zip it, but it in a tarball and upload it for your perusal.
I have come up with the title Writers Block, since designers block is what inspired this theme.
I have decided it is time to finish my own theme for WordPress 1.5. I have been looking to complete since the final release of “Strayhorn,” but after a month and a half of using my laptop, which has a hard enough time staying online…
and trying to find a job…
and adjusting to civilian life…
and adjusting to my wife working full time…
I have just now gotten back to working on my theme.
Feel free to see the development of A-Family-Guy Theme.
The preview may not work in IE. The preview works just fine in IE, I just forgot that you needed to log in. Registration is open if you would like to see the preview. Get Firefox. anyways.
There is now an auto-save plug-in for WordPress 1.5!
I have rarely needed such a feature, but I know many other people who have wanted this.
